To report a vulnerability affecting one of our products, please contact:

The report should include, where possible:

• the name, model and version of the affected product;
• the software or firmware version;
• a detailed description of the vulnerability;
• the steps and conditions required to reproduce it;
• the potential security impact;
• any relevant logs, screenshots or other technical evidence;
• the reporter’s name and contact details, to allow us to request further information if necessary.

Please do not include unnecessary personal data or confidential information, and do not publicly disclose the vulnerability before Project Engineering has had the opportunity to investigate it and implement appropriate corrective measures.

Reports received will be assessed and handled confidentially. Where possible, Project Engineering will maintain contact with the reporter throughout the investigation and remediation process.
